A 100% refund is provided of the billing amount if the product is not delivered for any reason for which we are responsible.
Refund requests will be considered only if the customer cancels the order within 2 hours of booking online. Also, if the order is not yet confirmed, and the customer cancels the order, then a 50% refund will be offered. In both cases, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded as the bank will charge 50% on the transaction.
In the scenario of reshipping/request for refund, the customers have to provide the reason for the same along with the order number.
If the products are not delivered in the estimated time period, then the customer can ask for the booking amount’s full refund or re-shipping of the product at no additional charges.
No refund is applicable and processed if the product returns to us because of the customer providing an incorrect shipping address.
No refund or cancellation is considered if the order is processed, dispatched, or delivered.
