- Once the payment is cleared, the order is shipped within 24 hours from the time of the payment confirmation from our side.
- We request the customers to provide accurate shipping addresses and details so that we can deliver the product to their doorstep.
- The delivery time is 6 to 8 working days after the order is shipped, and we provide the customer with the shipping confirmation.
- Email confirmation is ensured to customers at every stage of completed booking, as well as when the order is shipped from our end.
- The customer will receive a notification via email to confirm their billing and shipping address as a step for final verification before the order is dispatched. This is applicable only to completed bookings.
- Please note that orders placed on Saturday will be processed further on the next business day (Monday).
